Mr. PHAN Chhiengleng, Managing Director and Attorney-At-Law, Mr. IM Rachana, Mr. SUNG Lyheng, Mr. LENG Sokheng and Mr. PHAN Rath, Attorney-At-Law, of The FLAG Law Group, have attended and on mission with the Inaugural IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Conference 2019, organized by International Bar of Association (IBA), at Maxwell Chambers, Singapore, for learning and sharing about the settlement through the arbitration and its challenges in South East Asia, especially ASEAN countries.
